WATCH: Baez injured in collision with Heyward

Cubs second baseman Javy Baez exited the game in the bottom of the sixth inning with the Brewers after a collision with center fielder Jason Heyward on a shallow blooper in the outfield. Heyward's knee slammed into Baez's head and he was twisted in the air for a few moments.

Baez left the field under his own power after a discussion with manager Joe Maddon but was clearly shaken up on the play.

John Jay will now head to center field, Jason Heyward will move to right field, and Ben Zobrist to second base.
