Big sticks are out today for the Northsiders.

Chicago Cubs outfielder Cody Bellinger crushed a solo homer to put the Cubs up 3-0 in the third inning against the Arizona Diamondbacks on Sunday afternoon.

It was his 25th homer of the season, and he is only the fourth Cubs player to hit 25 or more homers and 20+ steals in a season alongside Sammy Sosa, Ryne Sandberg, and Javy Baez.

The next batter Dansby Swanson also hit a homer as the Cubs hit back-to-back jacks and made the score 4-0.
