It's official: Cubs sign 21 players to 2018 contracts

MESA - The Chicago Cubs have agreed to 2018 contract terms with 20 players on their 40-man roster with zero-to-three years of major league service and renewed the contract of infielder/outfielder Ian Happ. Terms of the contracts were not disclosed.

The following players have agreed to 2018 contract terms:

Right-handed pitchers Adbert Alzolay, Eddie Butler, Oscar De La Cruz, Carl Edwards Jr., Luke Farrell, Cory Mazzoni, Dillon Maples, Alec Mills, Jen-Ho Tseng and Duane Underwood Jr..

Left-handed pitchers Mike Montgomery, Randy Rosario and Rob Zastryzny.

Catchers Victor Caratini and Willson Contreras.

Infielders Javier Baez and David Bote.

Outfielders Albert Almora Jr., Kyle Schwarber and Mark Zagunis.
