Chicago Cubs outfielder Ian Happ announced on social media Monday that he is now engaged to his girlfriend Julie Mazur.

Happ got down on one knee romantically, and she said YES!

“The best is yet to come,” Happ wrote on Instagram as a caption to several pictures of the moment when he proposed.

Congratulations to Ian and Julie on their engagement from everyone at CubsHQ!

The Boss has a pretty good reason to not record the podcast tonight.
