Roster move: Bears sign OL Tevin Jenkins

A big bruiser is ready to get started up in 2021.

On Wednesday, the Chicago Bears announced that they have signed their second-round tackle Tevin Jenkins to a four-year deal.

The Bears traded multiple picks with the Carolina Panthers to move up and draft 23-year-old Jenkins, who will likely start up front as a rookie.

His draft projection by most analysts was in the first round, so the Bears likely got a steal with the acquisition of Jenkins.

He was a three-year starter at Oklahoma State, where he showed off his versatility by starting at three different offensive line positions.

With the signing of Jenkins, the Bears have signed all of their seven 2021 draft picks.
