Two Bears defenders out against Commanders

Tough news for the Bears defense.

The latest injury report was released on Friday with Bears safety Jaquan Brisker (concussion) and cornerback Kyler Gordon (hamstring) out for Sunday's game against the Washington Commanders.

Brisker suffered a concussion in the win against the Panthers and still has not passed the concussion protocol to be active. This will be the second straight game he has missed.

Gordon hurt his hamstring in the win against the Jaguars and has not practiced since.

Other notables on the injury report include defensive end Jacob Martin (toe), running back Travis Homer (finger) and offensive tackle Larry Borom (ankle) are all questionable for Sunday's game.

In good news, cornerback Tyrique Stevenson is active after being limited most of the week for a calf injury.

The Bears (4-2) and Commanders (5-2) will face off at 3:25 p.m. CT Sunday in Washington.
