“Our Pride Celebration at Wrigley Field is so much more than just a ballpark celebration,” said Cubs Senior Vice President of Marketing Jen Martindale. “It is a time for the community to come together to celebrate and champion the LGBTQ+ community. We hope all fans come out to Wrigley Field on June 17 to show their support.”

For the Pride Celebration at Wrigley Field, the Cubs will:

Welcome LGBTQ+ owned and friendly businesses to Gallagher Way, providing fans with the opportunity to support local businesses from 4:30-7:30 p.m. CT.

Offer Pride-themed beer bats in the ballpark as well as Pride-themed cocktails at the Gallagher Way “Drinks” container bar.

Display a “We C You” pinboard at Gallagher Way where fans can take and pin photos.

Host festive fan activities at Gallagher Way pregame including airbrush temporary tattoos and live music.

Entertain fans during the game with a curated playlist by Chicago-based DJ Ca$h Era.

Enlist founder and CEO of World Gay Boxing Championships Martin Stark to throw out the ceremonial first pitch.

Engage Chicago-based actor and singer Jos N. Banks to sing the national anthem.

Progress Pride flags have also been flown around the Wrigley Field Marquee since the start of June.
