I hope Ricketts and Hoyer show more class with Rizzo than what they did with Lester. Anthony has been under a very team friendly contract for years. He has been the heart and soul of this team not to mention a steady bat and Platinum glove defender. For crying out loud reward that man with an extended contract and also "Officially" make him the team captain. Okay, I said my piece...LOL

I think they will sign him up for a few more years --- he's super consistent offensively and gold glover too. It would crush Cubs fans if they don't.
