The Chicago Bulls got lucky on Thursday night regarding the NBA 2020 Draft Lottery.

The Bulls got the No. 4 pick in the draft lottery as it was the first time the Bulls moved up from their pre-draft position since 2008.

"We're happy to move up and break recent tradition," Arturas Karnisovas said after the lottery. "We know that moving up from 7 to 4 was a huge deal for our organization, the city of Chicago and fans of the Bulls. We're extremely happy. We're going to select a player that's going to help us next year and in the future."

The top four were the Timberwolves, Warriors, Hornets, and Bulls.

The 2020 NBA Draft is less than two months away kicking off on October 16.
