Mitchell Trubisky injury update |
Chicago Bears quarterback Mitchell Trubisky will participate in practice all week and the team hopes to start him on Saturday against the Saints if he is medically cleared with his shoulder injury.
Trubisky hurt his non-throwing shoulder against the Vikings on Sept. 29. Bears head coach Matt Nagy is hopeful that he will be ready to play against New Orleans. "It’s obviously pain," Nagy said to the media. "And then you listen to what the doctors are saying, what the trainers are saying, what he’s saying. But if Mitch is able to play and able to go out there and play, then that means to me that physically he’s passed. He can play." For the season, Trubisky has completed 65.1% of his passes for 588 yards and three touchdowns with two interceptions with a QB rating of 37.3.
