Keenan Allen injures ankle during practice |
Chicago Bears head coach Matt Eberflus talked to the media Friday and gave an update on his team, including a few injuries.
Eberflus said that veteran reliever Keenan Allen was injured during practice. "Keenan was added — rolled his ankle out there, so we pulled him partway through practice, but we don't think it's severe, and we're hopeful for the game," Eberflus said. Allen has 30 receptions for 282 yards and two touchdowns this season. In good news for the Bears, starting running back D'Andre Swift was a full-go today at practice. "D'Andre Swift came back today ... he looked good out there," Eberflus said. Swift has 155 carries for 635 yards and five touchdowns this season. Both veteran offensive players are listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings.
