The Chicago Bears announced on Monday the official signing of speedy receiver Breshad Perriman.

To make room on the 53-man roster, they have waived inside linebacker Josh Woods.

Perriman has registered 125 catches for 2,066 yards and 14 touchdowns during his five-year NFL career.

The Bears receiver room looks much different in 2021 with Allen Robinson, Darnell Mooney, Marquise Goodwin, Perriman, Damiere Byrd, and Nsimba Webster.

"Big-time speed," said general manager Ryan Pace recently said to the media about Perriman. "We've talked about him, I feel like, every year.
