Patrick enjoyed a career year in 2021, hitting 28 home runs, surpassing Kris Bryant's franchise rookie home run record (26 in 2015)... Finished fourth in the 2021 N.L. Patrick began the season with Seattle after signing a major league contract on Nov. 27, 2019 … did not appear with the Mariners before being released on Aug. 14 … signed with Cubs as a minor league free agent on Aug. 23 and had contract selected on Sept. 25 … appeared in two games with Cubs, both as a pinch-hitter, going 0-for-2.

Hit .154 (4x26) with 1 run, 1 double, 1 RBI and 1 walk in 9 games with the Rangers...After beginning the season in Triple-A, earned the call-up to Texas on April 7…made his Rangers debut two nights later at Arizona, going 1-for-4 with a run scored...played in a total of 9 games with Texas before being optioned back to Nashville, where he spent the rest of the season...In 107 games with Triple-A Nashville, hit .240 (95x396) with 68 runs, 15 doubles, 31 home runs, 74 RBI, 53 walks and an .844 OPS (.332 OBP/.513 SLG)...Ranked T9th in the Pacific Coast League with 31 home runs...One of 8 players in the PCL to record 30+ home runs and 50+ walks.

2018
Had his contract purchased by the Cardinals from Memphis (AAA) on 8/11…after 747 minor league games, made his Major League debut in start at 1B on 8/12 at KC…had an infield single off Jakob Junis in 1st plate appearance in the 3rd inning and added a gametying 1B in 7th inning…was 3-for-5 in 1st 2 games with STL and 1-for-7 in next 7 contests, the hit being a pinch homer off MIL's Jeremy Jeffress on 8/19, his 1st ML HR…was optioned to Memphis the following day but returned for the remainder of the season on 8/28…appeared in 32 games overall with 6 starts at 3B and 2 at 1B…was 5-for-15 as a pinch-hitter, tied with Yairo Muñoz for 2nd on the club in pinch hits among N.L. rookies with 50+ plate appearances, had the best ratio at 12.50 HR/AB (3 HR/50 AB)…hit a grand slam off LAD's Rich Hill on 9/15…had 2 hits in a game 3 times…committed 2 errors in 25 TC in 4 G at 1B and one error in 17 TC in 13 games at 3B. Named a Pacific Coast League Post-Season All-Star at Third Base for Memphis (AAA)…was the first Redbird to earn All-PCL Team honors since Brock Peterson in 2013... Won the Pacific Coast League Championship, where he was named Championship Series Most Valuable Player... Was one of only four Redbirds to be active every game... Led the Cardinals organization in home runs (31) and RBI (89), finished 3rd in slugging (.507), T4th in doubles (25), and T7th in runs scored... Ranked 2nd in the PCL in strikeouts (149), 3rd in HR/AB (1/14.71) and T4th in home runs... His 31 home runs were T5th-most among all of Minor League Baseball (tied with Tyler O'Neill and three others), T4th in the PCL, and T5th in Redbirds single-season history... The Redbirds were 25-4 in games in which he homered... Appeared defensively in 113 games at third base and six at first base (five at DH). Led PCL third basemen in fielding percentage (.944), games, total chances (269), putouts (73), assists (181), errors (15), and double plays (26)... Became the 7th Redbird to hit 30 home runs in a season (and 1st since Josh Phelps in 2008) with his 30th on 8/30 vs Iowa... Recorded team-high three doubles on 8/13 at Nashville... Hit .368 (7-19) in the PCL semifinals with five runs, one double, one home run, and five RBI... Named Most Valuable Player of the Championship Series after hitting the decisive home run in the fifth inning, a two-run shot that gave the Redbirds a 2-0 lead…also had a diving catch at first base in the eighth inning to end the frame with two runners on to preserve a 3-1 Memphis lead..

2013
Began the season with Peoria (A) and split his time between first and third base...Hit two homers on 4/7 vs. Wisconsin. Blasted two grand slams with Peoria: 4/21 at Kane County & 5/20 vs. Clinton...Transferred to Palm Beach on 8/8 where he finished out the season playing third base in 24 games (DH - 1 game)...Hit in nine-straight, 8/21-29 (13-34, .382) that included four multi-hit games.

2012
Posted a 14-game hit streak 7/19-8/2 at Batavia (A), hitting .385 (20-52)...rated as the Best Infield Arm in the Cardinals organization by Baseball America.
