Cubs lineup vs. Brewers, Russell out

The Chicago Cubs (21-19) will play against the Milwaukee Brewers (24-18) at 1:20 p.m. CDT on Friday afternoon televised on CSN Chicago and MLB Network.

Rookie starter Eddie Butler will take the mound for the defending World Champions as the Cubs try for a four-game winning streak on this current ten game homestand. Butler is 1-0 on the season since his call-up to the majors and will be opposed by Paolo Espino in his major league debut.

Cubs rookie Ian Happ will be in center field again and bat cleanup.

The Cubs are currently in third place (two games back) in the National League Central behind the Brewers and Cardinals.
