Chicago Cubs first baseman Anthony Rizzo and teammate Jason Heyward received their Gold Glove Awards in a pregame ceremony before Tuesday night's game against the Brewers.

Rizzo was the youngest Cubs first baseman to win the award in Cubs franchise history and was one of the primary reasons that the Cubs were regarded as one of the top defenses ever last season.

He batted .292 with 32 homers, 43 doubles, and 109 RBIs this season.

Heyward won the Gold Glove Award for the third season in a row and fourth overall in his major league career. Amazingly, he was also the youngest outfielder in Cubs history to win the award.

He struggled at the plate last season batting .230 with seven homers and 49 RBIs.

This was the first time since 2005 that the Cubs have multiple Glove winners in one season with Heyward and Rizzo winning.
